HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we've shipped your order you'll receive an email from us about it. In the email you'll find which carrier we shipped your order with and your tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the carrier website.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Sadly we can't add items to an order. If you'd like to order more items please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible so we can assist you. We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. However, keep in mind that we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER!
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible during our operating hours (08:00 AM - 04:00 PM CEST (Central European Standard Time). We’ll make every effort to help you with your request in time. Please keep in mind that we try our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
I WAS SENT THE WRONG ITEM
We do everything possible to assure that you get your correct items as quickly as possible but we're all humans and an error can happen. If you received the wrong item please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we'll make sure to take care of the issue and get you the correct item as soon as possible.
