WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from USWE’s webstore at uswe-sports.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.
The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.
The customer pays for the return shipping. When the return is refunded the original shipping fee will also be refunded.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
When we receive a returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 2-9 business days.
Please follow these steps:
- Fill out the information on the return note that came with your order.
- Fill out and submit the Return Form on our website https://uswe.com/return-form
- Make sure the product is securely wrapped when packing the return. You are responsible for the package until received by us.
- Send the package to us (Adress can be found on the return note). You can use a courier of your choice. Keep the receipt from the courier and the tracking number if applicable.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
To exchange one or more items from your order please follow the following steps:
- Place a new order for the items you want to get.
- Return the original items ordered using the return instructions that came with the order. If you did not get the instructions please contact us so that we can assist you.
- Wait for your refund. Once we recieve the items it usually takes between 2-9 business days for the refund to be made.
