HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
When we receive your returned order we make sure that the product(s) is in good condition and make sure that the correct item(s) was returned. When the return has been approved we start the refund process. The refund could take a few business days to be completed depending on the payment method. A return is usually completed and refunded within 9 business days of us receiving the return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return please follow these steps:
1. Fill out our online "Return Form". The Form can be found here
2. Make sure the product is securely wrapped when packing the return. You are responsible for the package until it's received by us.
3. Print the "Return Note" which can be downloaded below, write your order number on the designated line and put the paper inside the package you're shipping back.
4. Ship the package! You can use a courier of your choice but keep in mind that we are not responsible if the return is lost while being shipped to us so make sure that you keep the receipt or tracking number from the courier.
5. Wait for the refund. If you have not seen a refund 15 days after it's received by us please contact our customer service.
Please note that if you paid for shipping this will also be refunded, however we do not cover any outstanding shipping fee you paid to get the package back to us.
