WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be totally psyched about the product(s) you purchase from USWE’s webstore at uswe-sports.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.
The product(s) has to be in unaltered condition, with the original hangtags attached. The product(s) must not have been used. The product must be returned in the same way as when you received it.
The customer pays for the return shipping. When the return is refunded the original shipping fee will also be refunded.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we've shipped your order you'll receive an email from us about it. In the email you'll find which carrier we shipped your order with and your tracking number. The tracking number can be used on the carrier website.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Our normal delivery time on standard shipping is 2-6 business days worldwide. Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, during operating hours Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm CET/CEST. During the holiday season and other bank holidays in Sweden orders may not be dispatched as often.
